BACKGROUND
Never before has the art of delivering country sports experiences been so important. Faced with a world of competition from emerging and established sporting destinations Scotland today has to make sure it's delivering the highest possible standards of service surrounding its unique sporting products.

To assist in raising awareness and to provide tools for improving the way that sport can be delivered the CSTG has created an exciting one day training event.

WHO IS IT FOR?
The training aims to benefit primarily Gamekeepers, Angling Ghillies and Deer Stalkers, however anyone involved at any stage of what we call the ‘Sporting Client’s Journey’ will be very welcome on any of our courses, so please ask if you are not sure.

We follow the 13 stages of the ‘Sporting Client’s Journey’ right from the time they make their first enquiry through to what happens after they’ve departed!

TRAINING PROVIDERS
All courses are being run in conjunction with Scottish Colleges that offer game keeper training. All trainers used in the delivery of this material will have significant experience in the country sports sector.

DATES AND TRAINING LOCATIONS

• Tuesday, 25th March 2008, Glenmore Lodge

We have restricted delegate numbers to 10 per course to enhance the learning environment and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis so early registration is recommended.
