surrounding purchased sport the SCSTG has launched a dynamic and practical 1
Day training course called
Excellence in
Country Sports Customer Care.
Developed in conjunction with some
of Scotland’s Gamekeeper Training colleges, sporting providers and agents
the SCSTG hope that this training will assist providers who wish to develop
Added Value Sporting Customer Care/Service for their businesses.

All material is specific to country
sports situations and although targeted mainly at the Professional
Gamekeeper, Ghillie and Stalker market, any personnel with client contact
from taking bookings to meeting and greeting guests will benefit from
attending the course. North Highland College are the training providers at
this stage and all trainers will be experienced in Country Sports delivery.
